Data were analyzed using Windows SPSS Statistics 27.0 program. Collected data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson¡¯s correlation analysis.

The results showed that depression was correlated with cognitive function (r = -0.20, p= 0.033) and subjective memory (r = 0.31, p= 0.001). Cognitive function was negatively correlated with subjective memory (r = -0.24, p= 0.011) and depression (r = -0.20, p= 0.033). In addition, Subjective memory was positively correlated with sleep (r = 0.25, p= 0.006).

Conclusions: The findings of this study suggests that cognitive decline, subjective memory, and depression can be accompanied, therefore it is necessary to develop health assessment and intervention of the elderly in the community
